Our products and our promise to stand behind their quality 100% are designed to creates a private, comfortable, and secure outdoor sanctuary for you, allowing you to fully relax and reconnect with inner tranquility in the embrace of nature.

 

Dandelionshell retail products, including camping tents, stoves and accessories, are backed by our 1-year warranty.

During the applicable warranty period, Dandelionshell, as its sole obligation, will provide parts, repair or replace your product, at our discretion covered by this warranty and sold after the effective date of this warranty, which fails under normal use as a result of a defect in material or workmanship.

This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchasers who acquire new product from us and is not transferable. Any product, accessories must have been used according to Dandelionshell's published instructions.

Any misuse, abuse, or modification to the original product voids the warranty. Dandelionshell does not warrant the performance of the product when used in combination with other than the original Dandelionshell product.

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. This document inclusively describes all of the warranties given and remedies available with respect to the company's products and services.

This warranty is only applicable to the contiguous United States and does not include Hawaii and Guam.

We disclaim any other warranty whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, in relation to the products.

 

Dandelionshell does not warrant: 

-Normal wear & tear

-Dents & scratches

-Fading & paint chips

-Accidental damage (like a dropped product)

-Product misuse & improper care

-Cleaning related issues

-Accessories sold separately

-Using our products in extreme weather conditions, such as strong winds or heavy rainstorms.

-Incorrectly assembling our products, such as setting up tents or using stoves on uneven ground.

-Product damage caused by customer negligence or mistakes, such as improperly rolling up the -stovepipe or using non-standard accessories with our products.

-Damage caused by incorrect product installation, such as placing the stovepipe inside the damper or not separating the tent stove jack cover from the stovepipe.

-Artificial damage, including disassembly or attempted repairs.

 

The Dandelionshell Company’s total liability for any loss or damage, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. In no event shall Dandelionshell be liable for consequential, incidental or special damages of any kind. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Applies in US only: Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations or exclusions in the preceding paragraphs may not apply.
