Returns

How to apply for a return and refund?

Please contact the customer service, providing your order number and your return reasons. Then please take some photos of the product you want to return and send them to us in your email. We will check the photos before we process your requirement. If there are no issues on the product quality, but you stain or damage the product, we may not offer a full refund. If it is our product quality issue, you can get a full refund. (Any questions, please feel free to contact us.)

A full refund means that we will refund the full amount received for the order. Please note that this does not include bank or institution handling charges after we have returned the order amount.

How many days can I return the product?

90 days since you received your packages. Please note that returns will not be accepted if this period has passed after the order has been received. (Any questions, please feel free to contact us.)

Applicable circumstances for return

– New, unused and in original condition.

– The problem of replacing the product is not man-made damage.

– Inclusive of all original hangtags, packaging, and components at the time of return or exchange.

– Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).

Who will be responsible for the return shipping cost?

If our products have quality issues, we will response the return cost. If for personnal reasons, the purchaser needs to response the shipping cost of the return. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package.(Any questions, please feel free to contact us.)

If I have used the products, can I get a full refund?

If there are product quality issues, provide photos and we will give you a full refund. If not the product issues, we can not offer a full refund for you. (Any questions, please feel free to contact us.)

Do I need to return products when refunding?

Yes. Please ship it or them to our warehouse address. Please contact us to get our new warehouse address. (Any questions, please feel free to contact us.)

If the seller has sent the package out, can I apply for a refund?

No. Please submit refund requests before the packages are sent out from the warehouse. Please don't worry, we will try our best to stop package preparing and shipping once we read your refund emails. (Any questions, please feel free to contact us.)

How long will you process my refund?

We will process your refund and it will be completed within 24-72 hours. After this, you need to wait for bank processing. (Any questions, please feel free to contact us.)

How long can I get my refund?

1-15 days. The time when you receive the refund money is mainly based on the bank processing time after we complete the refund in our system. (Any questions, please feel free to contact us.)

Step 1: The customer sends a refund request to us, we communicate with the customer about the refund issues. (General 1-2 Days)

Step 2: Dandelion Shell confirms the refund money and submits it to the finance team. (General 1-2 Hours)

Step 3: Dandelion Shell starts to refund and sends a refund instruction from the system. (General 12-24 Hours)

Step 4: Dandelion Shell has completed the refund. The customer needs to wait for the refund from the bank. (General 1-7 Days)

Step 5: The refund has been completed.

Where my refund will return to?

The refund money will be returned to your paypal or credit card according to the original payment method. (Any questions, please feel free to contact us.)

If I have questions on my return or refund, how can I get your help?

Can I get the after-sales help if the products I have purchased are NOT from the Dandelion Shell official website?

Dandelion Shell is only sold the products on the official website: dandelionshell.com now, and a few products are sold on Amazon. We have no distributors and do not sell on other platforms. If the products you purchase are not from our official website and Amazon, we suspect these are counterfeit products, and we can not provide after-sales service and refund help for these suspected counterfeit products. Please ask the seller of your product for help.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://www.dandelionshell.com/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at sales@dandelionshell.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via sales@dandelionshell.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.
